Need to return something? No worries at all. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus return shipping. Just drop us an email and we'll send you a return label to attach to your package.
*Please note, items returned must be in their unused condition. We do no accept a returned item that’s damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7-10 business days, first make sure your package has arrived to our office by checking the tracking # provided by your carrier.
If the carrier confirms it has been delivered, please contact your bank or credit card company since often times there is processing days needed on their end to issue and post the refund back to your account.
